Klaviyo Account Setup$360+
Have a new Klaviyo account or want to make the switch but don’t know where to begin? We’ll help you get all of your settings, domain authentication, and integrations set up and ready to go.
This doesn’t include email creation from the base price, but we are happy to discuss a package if you’re looking for a little more included with your setup with additional flow setups or emails. Get in touch with us and we’ll help you put together a package with exactly what you need!
Email Deliverability Audit$360
Not sure if your emails are getting in the inboxes of your customers instead of the spam folder? We’ll do a deep dive of your sending strategy and results to give you a better picture of how things are going and provide recommendations on how to improve!
When we’re finished, you’ll have a document reviewing the current state of your email deliverability, a recommended sending schedule to improve your deliverability if needed, and some guidelines on best practices for the future!
Email Flow Audit$60+
Have Klaviyo flows but not sure if they’re optimized? We’ll look over any of your current flows you’re curious about, and we’ll make sure they’re working as intended and make any recommendations on how you might improve. This is priced per flow.
Email Automation (Flow)$240
We’ll make a fully-styled Klaviyo flow that matches your branding for the automated experience you’re looking for, whether that’s a welcome series for new signups, an abandoned cart reminder, or a post-purchase thank you message. Flows provide the customer with a personalized message when they’re the most engaged with your site, making them more effective and more likely to lead to increased sales. This is priced per email in your flow, and we'll work together to determine how many emails your automation needs (usually, less is more!).
Email Campaign$240
Campaigns are the best way to share important, timely news and updates with your audience, whether they’re repeat customers or folks who want to stay updated with your website. We love making unique, personal emails that are fun to open.
We’ll work with you to create an on-brand, fully styled email campaign for you to send to your audience in Klaviyo. Whether it’s for a sale, new product, or informational, we will help you craft the perfect message.
Email Template$150
We’ll build an on-brand email in your Klaviyo account that you can use as the base for any campaigns or flows you set up in the future. Your template will include any brand-specific fonts, colors, and styles to make your future communications look cohesive as well as easy for you to update.
Once you have your template, you will be able to drop in images and update text blocks to send your own campaigns.
Sign Up Form$480
If you’ve been wanting to give your signup form a refresh, we will make you an on-brand, creative signup form to catch your site visitor’s attention and get them to sign up for your email/SMS program. We specialize in uniquely shaped and personal forms, so if you’ve got an idea that seems strange or extra, let us hear it! No ideas? No problem, we can work with you to get the perfect vibe for your site!
Sign Up Form Update$120
We’ll refresh your existing signup form so it feels brand new, whether that means updating copy, tweaking the styling, swapping images, or adjusting targeting rules. We’ll also run a full QA to make sure everything looks good on desktop and mobile, so your form is polished, functional, and ready to capture new subscribers without a hitch.
List Maintenance & Segmentation$120
Not sure who to send to or how your list health is? We’ll go through your current list and assess the overall health and make recommendations based on what we find. This might include list cleaning, organization of your lists, or creating segments; whatever you need to get the most out of your email list.
If you’ve got special requests based on different customer behavior parameters, we can chat about those too!
Klaviyo Reviews Setup$480
Want to start collecting and showing off product reviews via Klaviyo? We’ll set up the Klaviyo Reviews from start to finish: getting everything connected, importing any previous reviews, customizing the look of your review widgets and emails to match your brand, and setting the right timing for requests. We’ll also test everything so you can feel confident that reviews are being collected and displayed smoothly. Once it’s live, you’ll have an easy way to build trust with your audience and highlight what customers love about your products.
Klaviyo One-on-One Training$120
Looking for a starter (or refresher!) course in using Klaviyo? We’ll have a one-on-one training session where we cover the do’s and don’ts of email marketing and using the platform so you leave feeling confident about your account going forward! We’ll also answer any questions you have during the session, so bring anything you’ve been wondering with you, and if there’s a certain section of the platform you want to focus on specifically, just let us know and we’ll tailor your session to you!
Email Marketing Retainer$500+
If you are looking for ongoing, strategic support for your email marketing efforts, we also have a monthly plan for working together. We work together with our retainer clients to plan content calendars, build ongoing strategies, and develop emails that are engaging and bring value to their customers. If you are interested, we will work with you to build a package that meets your needs!
Custom Font Development$90
If you have a font you want to use on your Shopify site, but aren’t sure how to get it to appear, we can install it for you! Or, if you want to make a new font based on your handwriting, we will provide you with some app options to help you create the files, then we’ll install them on your site.
Custom Cursor Development$60
Want to make your site a little more custom without having to do a whole redesign? A custom cursor can add a bit of whimsy to your site without a huge investment. You can provide us with the idea or your image and we’ll install the cursor on your Shopify site.
Shopify Development (hourly)$120
Need some updates to your Shopify site? We can help give your site a new blog post, update headers for a sale, or other small updates as you need them!
